The Performance Management Policy documents are now available on our NTA website. Go to the "News" page for the link.

Please note that it has been agreed that the "Preamble" should not be altered. Schools might alter the other pages to suit their situation.

If Members of the NTA have any concerns they should raise them with their school's NUT Representative.

If there is no NUT Representative in your school you should contact the NTA Office directly.
